Single occupancy rates for all rooms per night are from £45.00

We have made every effort to adapt our ground floor accommodation for our guests in wheel chairs. Please advise us when making an enquiry of availability and we will confirm if our accommodation will meet your needs.

A deposit of £40.00 per room will secure a reservation with the balance due on arrival. Please note the deposit is non-returnable.

We regret that we are unable to accept payment by credit card. Cash or cheque supported by a guarantee card is required please.We ask that you arrive between 4pm and 7pm on your first day, unless special circumstances cause a delay, or you let us know in advance.

We reserve the right to review our room prices from time to time. Also, if you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay at Linden Lea.
